In late August Mr. Wilder was proud to announce the release of Maffa Rico's new ablum "The Pink Hotel," a fresh Rock n' Roll Funk Rock cross over, which the artist said was "one of the best 5 albums in all 2014." Lead singer Bradley, who participated in one of Dan's creative writing workshops, was astonished about the good feedback, however, Dan said he had anticipated nothing less than a great mixture of songs. Earlier in 2014, right before the trio Maffa Rico went to the studio, Dan confirmed his financial support in the album project, because he "saw the true and thorough artistic skills this band truly has." When still in Wisconsin Dan gathered some of his close friends to attend the local Maffa Rico show in The Frequency, by which all of the group had been blown away by the power and stage presence. Ever since then Mr. Wilder called himself a big fan of the band, which after all must be a great band to be nominated one of Dan's top 5 albums in all 2014 among stars and big acts like Hunter Hayes, Maroon 5, Resaid, and Wiz Khalifa. Dan wished all of Maffa Rico the best of luck in their future endeavors and undertakings as a great band, hoping for them to keep up the good and inspiring work.
